Global HPC, Security & Analytics Leader

We were retained by this established global European technology business (50 offices) focused on HPC, security, and analytics, to work on a major restructure of their UK & Ireland operation. We started with searches for a new UK&I CEO and Board (COO, Sales Director and Services Director), and this was followed with a refresh of the sales, marketing, and operations functions. Our task was to bring professional services and consulting solutions expertise into a business that had, historically, been focused mainly on product sales.

We then conducted a viability assessment of our Client’s Irish business, which concluded with the appointment of an Irish CEO and Sales Director. We then moved on to find a Glasgow based Head of Northern Ireland & Scotland, and a UK wide team of eight senior business development executives.

Finally, when all our candidates had settled into their new roles, we were asked to look into opportunities within the UK&I for a new offering. Our Client had acquired a Benelux based homeland security and critical systems specialist, so we conducted a thorough investigation into that market within the UK&I, making a series of recommendations as to where our Client should direct their business development effort.
