Diversity and Inclusion is fundamental to our work. Every search involves in-depth research and extensive outreach, during which we leverage our global networks to ensure that every single potential candidate is found. We leave no stone unturned in our effort to increase the diversity of our candidate pools, and so present balanced shortlists to our clients.

We work in partnership with clients as they take steps to enhance the diversity of their boards and other leadership teams, continually seeking to bring fresh thinking and new ideas into the executive search process.

We commit to treating all candidates fairly and equally, and support individuals in their preparation for board appointments, particularly in terms of providing coaching along with access to networking and profile-raising opportunities.

Our founder was one of a small number of senior head-hunters asked by the Government to advise Lord Davies on the Davies Review into Women on Boards, so we have a strong network among senior women in particular.
