A briefing report, which includes detailed specifications for both position and candidate, is produced for review by all stakeholders in the assignment. The search strategy is confirmed, and we swiftly move on to target potential candidates, in order to deliver qualified individuals within the timescales agreed.

Key to the successful completion of every search is communication, so we ensure that our clients are kept updated on a regular basis and made aware of all pertinent information as the assignment progresses.
