Professional Expertise for Early-Stage Business
This early-stage business providing niche technological solutions for the aerospace sector, needed consulting support to reach their next stage of growth. We started with a market entry study into parts of the North American and German markets, and then conducted a mapping exercise in order to assess the availability of sales and technical talent in the UK.
Following on from this, we identified the need for a Global Business Development Director to bring professional sales discipline and digital marketing expertise to the company. The successful completion of that search was followed by another for a Technical Director/COO to take the lead on product development as well as manage the technical and operations teams.
Armed with our market information, and with these two senior hires in place, the CEO/Founder was able to focus on international development and fundraising, leaving the day-to-day business operations in the capable hands of his new senior team.
