High Profile Science and Technology Organisation

This leading Science and Technology Organisation needed to strengthen their board with professional services talent. They required three EVPs to head up their Healthcare, Energy, and Telecoms lines of business on a global basis.

Our challenge was to find people with impressive reputations within these sectors - high profile individuals who could devise, sell, and ensure the delivery of innovative and complex technological solutions. Senior strategic commercial leaders with strong academic credentials, they needed to gain the respect of large teams of scientists and engineers, many of whom were educated to PhD level.

After our three successful candidates had joined the board, we were then asked to find a Group Sales Director (SVP) to lead the international business development effort, and a Director of Space Information Systems to take charge of our Client’s industry leading space solutions team.

This was followed by the successful placement of a team of eight Business Development Directors (VPs) to support their work.
